Purpose and scope of data processing

a) Server protocol

When you call up this website, you transmit data to our web server via your Internet browser. The following data is stored in a log file about this process during an ongoing connection:

  • Date and time of the retrieval
  • Name of the retrieved file
  • IP address
  • amount of data transferred
  • Message whether the retrieval was successful

This data is stored for anonymous statistical and data security purposes. This stored data is not used for other purposes and is deleted after three months. The data will not be passed on to third parties. The data processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 subpara. 1, letter f GDPR. There is no possibility to object to this data processing, as the server protocol is indispensable to ensure the readiness of the aforementioned website and for security purposes.

b) Electronic mail (e-mail)

If you contact us via one of the e-mail addresses listed on this homepage, your data transmitted with it will be stored for processing your contact within the scope of the legal requirements.

Information that you send to us unencrypted by electronic mail (e-mail) can possibly be read by third parties during transmission. We are also unable to verify your identity and do not know who is hiding behind an e-mail address. Legally secure communication by simple e-mail is therefore not guaranteed. Like many e-mail providers, we use filters against unwanted advertising (SPAM filters), which in rare cases automatically classify even normal e-mails as unwanted advertising by mistake and delete them. E-mails containing harmful programs (viruses) are automatically deleted by us in any case.

c) Registration for the member area

For the initial registration in the member area, it is necessary to report your name and e-mail address. This serves exclusively to authenticate you as an AKA member and to send you the login data for the member area. The data will not be merged with other data sources.

The data processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 subpara. 1 letter a GDPR.

You can revoke your given consent at any time and without giving reasons with effect for the future.

d) Other use of the member area

During your stay in the member area, we do not store any data with a personal reference. In particular, we do not store which pages you visit or which files you download. For statistical analysis, however, this data is collected, stored and analyzed anonymously.

e) Cookies

Technically necessary cookies

In closed member areas, i.e. areas that require registration or login, cookies are set to store the temporary random key for the duration of the connection. Here, cookies are technically necessary for your access.

The data processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 subpara. 1 letter f DSGVO. There is no possibility to object to this data processing.

Technically unnecessary cookies

When you access this website, we set cookies (small files) on your hard drive. These are temporary session cookies, which are deleted after the session and do not store any personal data. These cookies are used for better navigation on our website. If you reject the use of cookies by setting your internet browser, this will not affect the readability of the pages.

The data processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 subpara. 1 letter f GDPR.

By calling up links (also see "Links to other websites" below), cookies from third-party providers may be used if necessary, without us being able to explicitly point this out to you.
